Technical support engineer with knowledge of computer technology in SEA, OOO

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of PC architecture (CPU, RAM, SSD, interfaces);
• Knowledge of industrial computer operating principles;
• Understanding of protection standards (IP, MIL-STD, vibration resistance);
• Experience of working with industrial interfaces (RS-232/485, CAN, Modbus, GPIO) (preferably in the field of IT or industrial equipment);
• Experience of working with technical customers (engineers, IT departments, production);
• Skills in preparing commercial proposals;
• Experience in participating in tenders is an advantage;
• Ability to identify client needs, work with objections;
• Ability to read TOR (technical tasks) and specifications;
• Negotiations.
