KEY TASKS:

• Support and repair of computer and printing equipment.
• Diagnostics of equipment malfunctions. Debugging and maintenance.
• Setting up operating systems of the Windows family (versions 10 and above).
• Update CMDB.
• Work with accounting databases.
• Resolving user complaints.

YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF:

• You have a technical education with a specialization in radio electronics, microprocessor technology, data transmission systems, programming or system administration.
• You have basic computer and printing skills, including the ability to disassemble, assemble and configure systems.
• You have experience in performing simple locksmith work (disassembly, assembly, gluing broken parts, cleaning and lubrication).
• You know the main types of computer equipment, their structure and principles of operation (system unit, laptop, monitor, UPS, laser/jet printer, switch, router, xDSL modem, xDSL switch).
• You understand the basics of mutual connection of computer equipment and the principles of functioning of data transmission networks.
• You know how to use measuring devices (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter).
• Interested in providing technical support to users.
• You have at least a basic level of English (at the level of reading technical documentation with a dictionary).
