Responsibilities: - Work in multifunctional CRM system (let's learn); - Network and client server monitoring; - Detection of problems and timely notification of malfunctions; - Reception and processing of incoming requests from subscribers by mail and phone; - Diagnostics of network equipment and subscriber services; - Work at Trouble Tickets Candidate requirements: - Confident knowledge of the principles of operation of the first four levels of the OSI model - Understanding of the principles of network operation: NAT, DHCP, DNS - Ability to work with network utilities and understand their principle of operation. - Understanding of mail protocols POP3, IMAP, SMTP, etc. - Confident knowledge and experience of working with Linux, Windows OS. - Skills in finding and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks; - Fluent Ukrainian language, English will be an advantage (oral and written) The advantage will be: - Experience in a similar position - Experience with network equipment: Juniper, Mikrotik, D'Link, Linksys - Experience with monitoring systems: Nagios, Cacti - Experience in the optimization of work processes.
