We are currently looking IT support specialist (Technical support). span>

Your work tasks will be:

< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

consultation of employees on working with software;

• administration of accounting systems;

• office equipment troubleshooting;

• local network installation;

• installing programs.

All requests from employees come through the Service Desk. 

We expect from you:

• great interest in the technical part of computers, networks: you like to configure and manage software;

• you are technically competent, you know the principles of network construction and hardware and the principles of computer operation;

• do you know OS Windows XP/7/8/10;

• have skills in office software administration: MS Office, web browsers, email clients;

• do you understand how IP telephony works;

• it will be great if you understand AD, DNS, DHCP, POP3, IMAP.
