Technical support engineer (system administration) in Metinvest Digital

We invite you to ourteam for technical support and repairs of computer equipmentin the city of Kamianskyi! 
We are currently looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER with 1-2 years of experience. Knowledge of network technologies will be an advantage. If you are interested in working in the direction of administration and technical support and are looking for development - join us.

? KEY TASKS:

• Maintenance and block repair of computer equipment.
• Installation and administration of user workstations under Windows OS management.
• Installation of standard and specialized software.
• Search, analysis and correction of software errors in software and operating systems.

• Configuration and maintenance of servers under the management of Windows Server of various versions. 

? YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• You have an engineering and technical education - electronic systems, computer science, computer and network engineering, communication. We are also ready to consider senior year students - the work schedule allows you to combine it with studies.
• (!) You have the ability and the opportunity to work at night (shift work: day shift -> night shift - > 2 days off). Evening and night hours of work are paid at an increased rate.
• Sure knowledge of client versions of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MacOs is welcome.
• Experience in system administration of workstations, as well as servers based on MS Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of typical configurations, characteristics of SVT components, peripheral and network equipment and their compatibility .
• Basic concepts of the principles of operation of structured cable networks (SCM).
• Ability to work with technical documentation, instructions, manuals and methods of major hardware manufacturers.
• Responsibility, punctuality, organization.
• Communicability, stress resistance,
• Attention to details. Willingness to learn and use acquired knowledge in practice.
