We invite you to the position of Technical Support Engineer / Support Engineer (Network Support Engineer) in one of the strongest technical support teams to gain experience and work with the TOP-100 customers of Ukraine. Work experience and knowledge: • Basic higher education or a student of the last year of study by field; • Practical experience in setting up and maintaining equipment of major vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba); • Knowledge and understanding of the architecture of building network solutions (LAN, WAN); • Experience in deployment, administration support, monitoring of complex network solutions (LAN, WAN); • Knowledge of English at the B1, B2 level (pre-intermediate/intermediate). A bonus will be :• Understanding of network technologies at the CCNA level or higher Availability of certificates or completed courses in network technologies is welcome;• Experience of interacting with technical support at the vendor level (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba) is welcome. Tasks and responsibilities:• ensuring the functioning of client services or equipment in accordance with the conditions, technical support contracts; • acceptance and processing of customer requests, provision of support services, consulting; • provision of routine work and audit of supported systems or products of Customers in accordance with the agreed schedule; • participation in the development of the technical support service, making proposals for change, optimization of support processes; • ensuring continuous operation of services and equipment of the internal customer; • participation in projects for the implementation of technological solutions and products.
