Technical support engineer, service manager in TORSSEN

The company "TORSSEN" is the leader in the market of android multimedia devices for the car. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a technical support engineer/service manager to work in our office in the city of Bila Tserkva.

Tasks:

• Reception, registration and processing of requests for equipment repair

• Initial inspection of the technical condition of devices, recording of defects

• Coordination and planning of repair works

• Quality control and compliance with repair deadlines

• Reporting and accounting of completed works in the CRM system (BAS)

• Operational communication with clients and internal departments

• Optimization service processes to reduce repair time and improve service quality

• Provide technical support for company customers

• Interact with the technical department to solve problems and improve service

• Test new products

• Conduct equipment diagnostics

  
  

• Reception and delivery of goods for service

Requirements for the candidate:

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new conditions

• Basic knowledge of home appliance repair or electronics

• Possibly without much experience - we teach at the workplace

• Responsibility, attention to details, stress resistance

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with a soldering iron

• Professional education: electronics, computer systems or related technical specialties
