What tasks await you: Ensuring uninterrupted work of employees by solving requests registered in the Service Desk system; Helping users in solving complex issues when using information systems; Receiving, routing and monitoring the execution of user requests; Solving incidents and service requests on the first and partially second line of support. Required skills and experience: Higher / incomplete higher technical education; Experience in user support / technical support from 1 year; Familiarity with ITIL or MOF and understanding of basic processes and principles; Knowledge of MS Windows 10-11, Office 2016, Office 365 at the level of an advanced user/administrator; Understanding of the construction and operation of PCs, peripherals, mobile devices; Remote user support skills both by phone and using remote connections (MSRA, Teamviewer and the like); networks and Wi-Fi and the basic skills of their diagnosis; Analytical thinking, the ability to learn new things, the ability to analyze one's own and others' mistakes; Stress resistance, the ability to prioritize; The ability to solve the user's problem at the first contact. It will be an advantage: Experience using MS SCCM; Windows administration skills Server 12-19 roles Print Server, Terminal Server, File Server, RDS Server; Knowledge of Power Shell.
