What tasks await you:
- User support and user environment (PC, software, peripheral equipment);
- Providing information and technical support to Company employees;
- Optimization of user support processes information systems, improving the efficiency of processes;
- Keeping records of computing equipment and peripheral equipment.
Skills and experience required:
- Higher/undergraduate technical education;
- Experience in user support/technical support from 1 year;
- Familiarity and understanding of ITIL or MOF basic processes and principles;
- Knowledge of MS Windows 10-11, Office 2016, Office 365 at the level of an experienced user/administrator;
- Understanding the construction and functioning of PCs, peripheral equipment, mobile devices;
- Skills of remote user support both by phone and with the help of remote connections (MSRA, Teamviewer and similar);
- Understanding of MS Active Directory, basic skills to work with MS Active Directory Users and Computers;
- li>Familiarity with ITIL or MOF and understanding of basic processes and principles;
- Understanding of the principles of operation of local networks and Wi-Fi and basic skills of their diagnosis;
- Analytical thinking, ability to learn new things, the ability to analyze one's own and other people's mistakes;
- Resistance to stress, the ability to prioritize;
- Ability to solve the user's problem at the first contact.
Would be preferred:
- Experience using MS SCCM and or Intune;
- Windows Server administration skills 12-19 roles Print Server, Terminal Server, File Server, RDS Server;
- Knowledge of Power Shell ;
- IT equipment accounting skills;
- Category B driver's license and practical driving skills with a manual transmission.
