We are looking for a motivated, highly qualified radio engineer for the position of Technical Support Engineer.

Key requirements:
—Radio technical education, deep professional knowledge;
— From 2 years of work experience in the specialty;
—English language from level B1/Intermediate;
—Knowledge in the field of IP networks;
—Readiness for frequent business trips to Ukraine;
— Communicability, proactivity;
— Category B driver's license and driving experience;
— Ability to work both with head and hands;
— Patriotic values.

Will be an advantage:
—Knowledge in the field of radio signal analysis;
—Experience in technical support/service;
—Radio amateur.

Responsibilities:
—Provide a high-quality level of service support for radio technical equipment;
—Technical support by phone, messengers, TeamViewer;
—Organize and carry out regular work on system maintenance—maintenance, repair etc.;
—Direct or remote software update;
—Reporting and reporting on the results.
