Technical support engineer of the Data Processing Center (DTC) join the team of Ukrenergo professionals! Main tasks: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the data center. Engineering support of the data center, control and service work (with and without a contractor) regarding power systems, climate, server equipment, network equipment. Switching, connection of equipment (server, network), etc. Administration of networks and servers (Windows/Linux). Execution of tasks in the data center in the areas of engineering, network, infrastructure, system, etc. Interaction with contractors for data center maintenance. Keeping documentation. Our expectations: Higher education (including incomplete). Experience working with a data center for at least 3 years. Knowledge of engineering infrastructures (power supply, UPS, AVR, DGU, climate, air conditioning, humidity). Knowledge and the ability to assemble/disassemble servers, carry out block-by-block replacements of network equipment. Experience and knowledge of switching, SCS, video surveillance (surface). Experience in network and server administration (Windows/Linux). Responsibility, stress resistance. Confident PC skills (Excel, PowerBI). English language at a level no lower than Intermediate. Experience in organizational issues, specialized courses and CCNA MS AD certifications, etc. will be an advantage.
