Responsibilities: Deployment of content upon request to Vault/CRM systems Setting up content metadata according to the checklist in the Vault/CRM system Setting up distribution of content to the target audience, checking content availability Handling incoming requests (Mail, Jira) regarding content deployment and issues related to contentProcessing requirements and collecting customer feedbackPublishing content from CMS to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Uploading documents and assets to SFMCCreating email templates based on the functionality of SFMC blocksProcessing on-demand mailingsManaging the content lifecycleSending on-demand test mailingsRequired experience and skills: 6 months + technical support experience Ability to keep documentation up-to-date Basic understanding of the purpose and basics of CRM/CLM systems Basic understanding of content development and deployment Basic understanding and ability to work with HTML and CSS English at Intermediate level Ingenuity, ability to think outside the box to solve complex tasks What do we offer?
