We are looking for a L3 level Support Engineer who wants to work in a Miltec product with real combat application.
This is a role for a technical specialist who is interested in understanding complex technical problems, getting to the root cause, working at the interface of hardware + software, and seeing the direct result of your work - systems work stably at the front.
What will you do:
What is critical for us
• the ability to understand deeply in the technical logic of the product (hardware + software)
• a systematic approach to diagnosis and finding the root cause of problems
• basic but confident knowledge of Linux: logs, services, basic network diagnostics
• clear technical communication with L1 and R&D
• responsibility for the result of the case, not just for the answer to the client
Will additional advantage:
• experience working with hardware products or embedded solutions
• participation in creating or updating instructions / knowledge base
• ability to see system problems, not just individual incidents
