• a large number of REB/REP stations have already been transferred to the front
• we have official NATO codification and confirmation of profile units
• the team includes veterans and engineers who regularly test developments on test sites

We are looking for a L3 level Support Engineer who wants to work in a Miltec product with real combat application.

This is a role for a technical specialist who is interested in understanding complex technical problems, getting to the root cause, working at the interface of hardware + software, and seeing the direct result of your work - systems work stably at the front.

What will you do:

  • disassemble and close complex technical cases that cannot be resolved at the L1 and L2 levels
  • diagnose problems at the device, OS, services, network levels
  • work with escalations without "ping-ponging" between teams
  • help L2: explain the causes of problems and correct scenarios solution
  • transfer technical findings to R&D so that problems do not recur
  • participate in testing solutions before releases or transfer to the client
  • participate in field tests and demonstration (1-3 times a month)

What is critical for us

• the ability to understand deeply in the technical logic of the product (hardware + software)
• a systematic approach to diagnosis and finding the root cause of problems
• basic but confident knowledge of Linux: logs, services, basic network diagnostics
• clear technical communication with L1 and R&D
• responsibility for the result of the case, not just for the answer to the client

Will additional advantage:

• experience working with hardware products or embedded solutions
• participation in creating or updating instructions / knowledge base
• ability to see system problems, not just individual incidents

What you will get by working with Moodro:

  • A team that respects your experience and trusts your decisions
  • Working next to veterans, engineers, developers - people who create technologies for the frontline
  • Official employment, stable pay and clear expectations
  • Hybrid work schedule (from the office in Kyiv or Kharkiv 2-3 days a week, others - remotely); weekends are floating.
  • Covering professional training and free English classes 2 times a week
  • 18 working days of paid vacation per year
  • Possibility of professional development in the direction of L2+ / L3 / ProductExpert
  • Direct involvement in a big cause - we cooperate with units of the Armed Forces, and every decision we make is a contribution to the security of the military

This role requires technical knowledge, analytical skills and a willingness to continuously improve. Join us, send your resume and salary expectations.

Let's create a secure future together!
