Your tasks during the working day:

• Registration and processing of requests users in the HelpDesk system
• Support for software of our own production, which is on Ubuntu
• Installation on Windows, Linux PCs
• Providing assistance to users in solving technical problems when using the product < /li>
• Providing technical information on product functionality
• Collecting statistics and analysis upon request
• Collaboration with other company departments to improve the product

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack, working principles of DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT
• Strong knowledge Linux OS
• Experience in solving technical problems, locally and remotely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High responsibility and result orientation
< li> Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
