Technical support engineer (Linux) in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist, who shares our mission and strives for excellence.

Your main tasks:

• Technical support of software of your own development (based on Ubuntu Linux).
• Installation and configuration of OS Windows / Linux on workstations.
• Provision of technical assistance to users (locally and remotely).
• Identification, diagnosis and elimination of technical malfunctions.
• Collaboration with other departments to solve complex technical issues

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in technical support from 1 year.
• Sure knowledge of Linux (especially Ubuntu) and basic principles administration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, NAT.
• Experience in solving technical problems both locally and remotely.
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, results oriented.
• Willingness to quickly learn new technologies and products.
