In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are considering candidates for the position:

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Ability to read diagrams;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of electrical devices ;
• Ability to learn quickly, punctuality, responsibility, stress resistance;
• Experience in the field of customer service/consultation;
• Experience with a PC;
• Readiness to learn new things in the field of electric cars and charging stations;
• Clear diction, competent speech;
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems with attention to detail; Multitasking, the ability to work under pressure and with a flexible schedule; Organized and clear in the work process; Willingness for constant changes and innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Advising our customers about equipment malfunctions;
• Remote troubleshooting;
• Transferring information to the service department;
• Timely and prompt response to customer requests.
