• work experience in a similar position from 2 years
• work experience with Windows
• understanding of the principles of DB operation
• knowledge of SQL
• understanding of logging and tracing systems - Elasticsearch (Kibana)
• understanding of the principles of PC operation (Processing Center)
• knowledge of the general logic of acquiring solutions
• experience working with users, understanding the principles of ServiceDesk service
• experience working in trade or Internet acquiring departments , in banks or fintech companies will be a plus.

🧑‍💻 Main tasks:

• processing requests (ServiceDesk\Mail)
• search for solutions to technical problems/tasks
• consulting on product functionality
• registration of acquiring terminals/merchants
• technical support of acquiring products
• interaction with adjacent departments within the framework of project implementation.
