To strengthen the team, we invite a client-oriented and responsible specialist to our GigaFamily position of Technical support engineer L2 in the company GigaTrans! DUTIES: Technical support and diagnosis of customer services: reception, processing of customer requests (B2B segment), their consultation; Formation of TroubleTicket and its support until the moment of resolution; Proactive monitoring of customer services and company services; Timely informing relevant departments about incidents recorded by the monitoring system, according to the escalation matrix. Communication with relevant departments and partners within the framework of professional activity. Keeping internal documentation of the department, reporting. OUR CANDIDATE: Has higher technical education, in the field of telecommunications and communication - will be an advantage; Has experience in the field of telecommunications; Has basic knowledge of network operation and the operating principle of the OSI model; Competent oral and written Ukrainian language, business correspondence skills; Stress-resistant, attentive, responsible, communicative, customer-oriented. The advantage will be: Ability to use traceroute, ping, mtr diagnostic utilities and experience with the Zabbix monitoring system; Experience with huawei, cisco, juniper, mikrotik network equipment at the diagnostic level; Knowledge and understanding of DHCP, DNS, VLAN and principles of operation of switching and routing protocols; Concepts of building L2/L3 telecom services.
