👀 In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer

✏️ Our expectations:

• Experience with Unix/Linux
• Experience with 1C (basic level)
• Understanding of logging and tracing systems - Kibana, Elasticsearch
• Basic knowledge of SQL ,XML
• Experience working with users, understanding the principles of ServiceDesk

🧑‍💻 Main tasks:

• Processing of customer requests (ServiceDesk)
• Searching for solutions to technical problems/tasks
• Conducting consultations on issues of using POS terminals
