Technical Support Engineer (L2) Кременчук Weare searching for asmart and efficient person with basic Linux experience, understanding ofnetworking principles and atleast intermediate English level tojoinus asaTechnical Support Engineer. This role includes providing SRE-level technical support toour clients, monitoring clients’ infrastructure, handling incidents and creating basic documentation onashift basis (including graveyard shifts). Our primary area ofcompetence isproviding DevOps services and our technical support engineers can take free corporate DevOps course provided byour experienced mentors. The most prominent technical support engineers can beoffered atransfer toDevOps department.
