Technical Support Engineer L2 in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• ensure the functionality and stability of implemented systems; 
• participate in system optimization; 
 • promptly respond to incorrect functioning of systems; 
• monitor performance and stability of applications; 
• log bugs/incidents and interact with developers to resolve them; 

• knowledge of SQL: PostgreSQL, Oracle;
• speak English at an intermediate level;
• knowledge of Camunda BPMN, understanding of Message-Broker RabbitMQ, HashiCorp Vault; 
 • ability to understand Spring/Java/Groovy programming languages ​​at an educational/beginning level is desirable; 
 • experience with the REST, SOAP approach; 
• experience with Unix/Linux; 
• experience with Apache Tomcat 8.9+, Jboss WildFly, Jenkins, Nginx; 
 • experience with integration platform products, WSO2 ESB, MI, EI, AS; 
 • preferably experience with docker/kubernetes/openshift/okd containerization and orchestration; 
 • understanding of banking processes and technologies; 
• experience with version control systems (git, Bitbucket); 
 • understanding of ELK Stack logging and tracing systems: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Filebeat, Fluentd, Kibana; 
• understanding and experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
