Work experience: Work experience from the 1st year in a similar position; Experience working with Service Desk systems (Jira, OTRS); Experience in working with CRM systems. The work schedule is flexible — 5/2 with possible shifts on weekends (06:00 — 14:30, 09:30 — 18:00, 11:30 — 20: 00, 13:45 — 22:15) Professional skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system (Administrator level), Microsoft Office. Knowledge of hardware and peripheral equipment.
