We are looking for a qualified Technical Support Specialist to ensure the high quality of our product meets customer expectations and provide excellent customer support. Responsibilities and tasks: Monitoring the state and performance of servers, informing about incidents to the relevant L2 level specialists; Registering user requests (HelpDesk), redirecting user requests/applications to the relevant L2 level specialists; Keeping a log with a description of the actions taken and decisions made, followed by entering solutions into the knowledge base (instructions and faq); Providing assistance and consulting to the client during the installation, configuration and updating of the software product; Providing assistance in solving technical problems during the use of the product/service and its further coordination; Providing assistance in restoring the functionality of the software product after failures; Analysis of problems and the development of recommendations for their elimination, which were discovered during the use of the product/service; Respond to user requests within the established time; Knowledge of the technical characteristics of the product; Analysis of "typical" problems and questions. Requirements for the candidate: Experience in technical support on the first line from 1 year; Be able to find out the essence of the client's question/problem.
