Main work tasks: Control and increase the efficiency of the group's work; Analysis of indicators of the group's performance in terms of performance of planned indicators (KPI); Control of the processing of appeals, requests, incidents in the ServiceDesk system; Control of the quality of the provision of IT services to users by the group using calls; Preparation of documentation, presentations and instructions, training of subordinates; Coordination of the work of the group with administrators of related services. You are our candidate if: You have experience in customer support or technical support; You have knowledge of the methodology of providing IT services; you have organizational skills; You are fluent in an extended range of the capabilities of the Windows operating system and office tools - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, archivers, antiviruses, mail clients and other application programs; You have experience in similar positions from 1 year; You have knowledge of Active Directory and knowledge of the basics of ITIL will be an advantage; Have an organized package of documents (in particular, a certificate of registration or a military ID).
