In connection with the expansion, we invite to our team - a technical support engineer (IT specialist).

You can become part of our team if:

• has work experience from the 1st year as an engineer, system administrator;
• do you know the basics of ITIL and have experience working with Service Desk;
• know the basics of building networks (LAN, WAN), IP telephony;
• know the OS family Windows, Linux, server OS at the engineer level;
• know the basics of information security;
• English level - B1 (Intermediate) and above

Your duties will include:

• Processing of IT requests in the Service Desk system;
• User support (solving problems in the operation of equipment, organizing access to resources, consulting on requests, problems, failures, etc.); 
• Organization of new workplaces and support of existing ones; 
• Finding and eliminating problems and malfunctions with equipment and software; 
• Participation in IT projects; 
• Solving information security tasks.
