Technical Support Engineer in Renewable Energy Sector in PHOTOMATE s.r.o.

PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy and a distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, EV charging stations, and heat pumps across Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer technical requests and providing technical support
• Commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Maintenance and servicing of complex energy solutions

• Willing to travel for work when necessary
• Fluent in Ukrainian and able to communicate in English (min. B1)

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a technical field related to energy systems or electrical engineering
• Electrician certificate (Group 3 or higher) is a plus
