What tasks need to be performed? Processing of user requests in the Service Desk system; with other P3 (MS Office, 1C, Medoc, Analytix, etc.); Technical support for users remotely and with visits to the branch (Kyiv); Conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting in the operation of computer equipment; Setting up software, preparing equipment for issues to users; Development of technical documentation, writing instructions. Shift work schedule — 5/2 with possible shifts on weekends (06:00 — 14:30, 09:30 — 18:00, 11:30 — 20:00, 13:45 — 22:15) Work experience: Work experience from the 1st year in a similar position; Experience with Service Desk systems (Jira, OTRS); Experience with CRM systems. Professional skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows OS line (Administrator level), Microsoft Office. Knowledge of hardware and peripheral equipment.
