What tasks need to be performed?
- Processing user requests in the Service Desk system;
- User consultation on working with ERP and other P3 (MS Office, 1C, Medoc, Analytix, etc.);
- Technical support of users remotely and with visits to the branch (Kyiv);
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment;
- Setting up software, preparing equipment for delivery to users;
- Development of technical documentation, writing instructions.
Variable work schedule - 5/2 with possible weekends
6.00-14.30 (remote), 6.45-15.15 (remote), 7.45-16.15 (office), 9.30-18.00 (office), 11.30-20.00 (office), 13.45-22.15 (remote)
A completely remote work format is possible.
with Service Desk systems (Jira, OTRS);Professional skills:
- Knowledge Microsoft Windows OS line (Administrator level), Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Basic knowledge of the principles of building networks, operation of network equipment (network interfaces, switches, routers and modems)
- It is desirable to have work experience with ERP, CRM-systems
