Public Broadcasting is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Help Desk).
Work schedule: variable work schedule, no night hours.
Main tasks:
Reception and processing of requests from corporate users in IT, registration of requests in the Helpdesk system.
Monitoring of registered appeals.
Functionality check and testing of new functionality.
Primary diagnosis of technical problems.
Analysis of the causes of incidents, optimization of processes and used functionality.
