With your deep understanding of our Security Operations Center (SOC) platform, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, and a broad array of cybersecurity tools, you'll ensure our clients receive top-tier support services.Responsibilities:- Act as the expert for advanced technical inquiries and the ultimate escalation point for issues beyond Tier-2, especially related to our SOC platform, SIEM, and other critical cybersecurity applications.- Conduct in-depth investigations of advanced technical problems, security incidents, and breaches, leveraging logs, alerts, and system data to diagnose and resolve.- Offer strategic recommendations to enhance our client's security posture and optimize their utilization of our cybersecurity solutions.- Collaborate with development, engineering, business, CRM, and R&D teams to report and rectify product defects and propose enhancements.- Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to support our solutions and services.Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.- Minimum of 1 year in a technical support role.- Experience in diagnosing and resolving Network, Linux, API issues.- Demonstrated ability in analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying and resolving complex technical issues.- Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs and concerns, and provide supportive communication.- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a robust "can-do" approach to challenges and solutions.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Nice to have:- Experience in the cybersecurity domain- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.- Experience working in cloud environments.- Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies, with particular emphasis on SIEM systems.- Experience with SOC platforms, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.About the product:Cyrebro is an online cybersecurity central command-managed SOC that integrates all security events with strategic monitoring proactive threat intelligence and rapid incident response.
