Technical support engineer (computer systems engineer) in Master Service

Master Service is an international comprehensive operator of car service, spare parts and equipment, operating in Ukraine since 1998. We invite a permanent technical support engineer (computer systems) to our team. What we do: we service cars and repair units; we sell wholesale and retail new, restored, second-hand units for cars; we produce special equipment and tools for service stations; we carry out diagnostics, maintenance, repair of electric cars and hybrids. Your function: collection and inspection of ordered equipment; preparation and installation of equipment at workplaces according to the technical plan; planned maintenance of equipment and switching IT nodes of the company; analysis of providers at the request of heads of departments for connecting to the Internet; consulting users on operational efficiency of org. equipment and standard software; installation of network equipment at serviced facilities; installation, maintenance and administration of network equipment (L2 — L3 levels); maintenance of VOIP and GOIP gateways for IP telephony; informing interested parties about errors in services: AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO , DFS, RDP, WSUS, MDT, Terminal Services. What we expect from you: system skills (ability to structure work); basic knowledge of Microsoft Management Console, DHCP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS services in the Windows system - desirable; experience working with Cisco systems is desirable, Unifi, Mikrotik, ZKteco, Grandstream.
