Requirements for the candidate: Experience in a similar position from 2 years in an organization with more than 50 employees; Higher technical education; Preferably, knowledge of the English language (will be a big plus). Requirements and mandatory experience: Microsoft Windows 10 OS administration, Windows Server 2012/16; Administration experience of virtualization systems based on Hyper-V; Knowledge of MS Office 2016 office packages at the administrator level; Administration of Exchange mail systems; Understanding of network technologies, services and protocols; Experience of working with a backup system; Experience of working with video surveillance; Knowledge of PC hardware. Desired experience :Experience with POS devices;Experience with Cisco Meraki equipment;MySQL administration;Desirable experience with Zebra, Honeywell scanners;Experience with IP telephony.Responsibilities:Technical support for users remotely or on-site;Installation, configuration and administration operating systems of the Windows family (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/16); Setting up work mail; Diagnostics of hardware and software problems and their elimination; Support and configuration of peripheral equipment (printers, MFPs, scanners); Restoration of system performance; Automation of processes; Participation in analyzing and solving operational issues that affect the performance of systems; Testing new hardware and software, providing feedback to the developer.
