Unas has a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic circuit board assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales. Your duties: consulting customers on technical issues of equipment operation; remote configuration of network equipment and startup of company equipment; remote assistance with restoration hardware firmware; providing assistance in remote equipment repair; coordinating shipments for repair; remote customer consultation, helping to resolve issues; reporting in Google spreadsheets and the CRM system; English at the B2-C1 level; the level of PC use is an advanced user; he has skills in repairing electronic circuits; experience in installing programs and drivers for device operation; knowledge of Skype, TeamViewer, Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of 1C will be a plus.
