Determining the best solution based on the description of the malfunction and the details provided by users. Providing feedback on the problem resolution process. Forwarding unresolved problems to the following support lines. of the final result. Identifying and proposing possible improvements to the procedures. Special knowledge/experience: Advanced knowledge of operating systems of the MS Windows family. Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package. Advanced knowledge of client computer applications (e.g., antivirus programs, VPN clients, Ebanking, etc.). Advanced knowledge practical experience of working with computer hardware and printing devices. Understanding of IP network tracking. Basic knowledge of domain structures under Windows Server OS. Languages: Ukrainian — fluent; English — intermediate level. Education: Higher (preferably in the IT field).
