We plan to entrust you with the following tasks: Reception, registration and processing of user requests by phone; the HelpDesk portal in accordance with the accepted regulations; Maintenance of computer equipment, video surveillance systems; Participation in projects to open new facilities (business trips to Ukraine); Management of reporting documentation. Your candidate if: You have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position; in-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems; have experience working with Active Directory; have experience working with SCS, video surveillance, cash register equipment, 1 C; able to work with large amounts of information, and also want to learn and develop.
