Technical support engineer in Athletics

We are looking for a technical support engineer in the information technology department to join the friendly team of the dynamic ATHLETICS retail chain company, which is among the TOP 5 IN UKRAINE AMONG SPORTS RETAILERS. What we expect from you: Technical higher education At least 1 year of experience working with user technical support Experience and knowledge of installing and support for Windows OS, MS Office and standard software Basic knowledge of the network (including experience of physical installation), TCP/IP protocol, telephony Knowledge of PC hardware, setting up printers and other office peripherals Experience in basic configuration and administration of routers, switches, mini PBX, of other telecommunications equipment. Experience working with retail IT equipment (cash registers, thermal printers, scanners/printers of receipts) Communicability, the ability to clearly convey an opinion, stress resistance, perseverance and patience, attention to details, a systematic approach, responsibility. What should be done: Provide support, advise employees companies on issues related to computer equipment and software Work in the HelpDesk system (receiving, routing requests from users, solving problems) Connect and configure APMs in the office/stores (device switching), software installation Configure and administer routers, switches, mini PBX, other equipment Go to shops (c.
