Technical Support Engineer Kyiv, remotely Kyivstar.Tech technical support team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. What you will do: Analyze the customer's needs and propose a target solution architecture, agree on solution options Study and analyze the architecture and interaction of existing IT systems, develop models for their optimization Identify critical situations in the operation of IT systems, determine the causes in cooperation with the responsible departments Prepare requirements for monitoring and backup systems Monitor the implementation of SLA, SLO, SLI What qualifications and experience are required: Experience in product development technical support from 2 years Understanding of load balancing methods, Nginx configuration experience Experience with Kibana and Grafana (creation of visualizations) Experience with technical documentation (preparation, life cycle), work with Jira, Confluence Experience with business and technical requirements frameworks of products/projects A plus will be: Knowledge of Unix systems administration Experience of support, implementation and development of crm/web/billing systems Experience of working with Docker, Kubernetes Experience of working with systems hosted in Sloud What we offer: Office or remote — it's up to you.
