Technical support engineer in ICN

Requirements:

• ability to communicate competently and politely, expressive language
• confident PC user
• skills for configuring network equipment (be able to configure a home router)
• basic knowledge of building communication networks (TCP/IP protocol stack)

Condition responsibilities:

• consulting subscribers on the use of Internet services in telephone mode
• monitoring the state of the network and processing applications for repairs

Working conditions:

Working schedule: shift, every other day (for a trial period - Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 18:00)
