Technical support engineer in Profeks Tim

A company working in the field of automation and technical support
requires a specialist in technical support, maintenance of equipment and software. 
Work both in the office and with visits to clients' facilities in Kyiv. Business trips are possible.
Mobile communication is provided, transportation costs are paid.

Duties:

• supporting customers by phone;
• installation and configuration of software;
• installation of equipment;
• repair of equipment - diagnostics;
• troubleshooting, repair;

• carrying out prevention and technical maintenance of equipment;
• reporting on work performed.

Requirements:

• knowledge of computer technology;
• knowledge of Windows, Linux OS;
• knowledge of SQL basics;
• ability to configure network equipment (routers);< /li>
• the ability to independently solve technical issues;
• the ability to communicate with people;
• the desire to develop and the desire for knowledge.

< strong>Desired knowledge:

• knowledge of the basics of network laying;
• knowledge of the basics of 1C;
• knowledge of the basics of electronics.
