Technical support engineer in Netronic

We have a full cycle of product creation, so different specialists can be present at one meeting: electronic board assemblers, Java architects, marketers and sales. Your duties: advising customers on technical issues of equipment operation; remote network configuration equipment and start-up of the company's equipment; remote assistance in updating equipment firmware; providing assistance in remote equipment repair; coordination of shipments for repair; remote customer consultation, assistance in solving issues; reporting in Google sheets and the CRM system; Our ideal candidate : has an analytical mindset, results-oriented, responsible for the work performed, communicative and stress-resistant; English at B2-C1 level; PC usage level — advanced user; has repair skills and knowledge of electronic circuits; experience installing programs and drivers for device operation; knowledge of Skype, TeamViewer, Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of 1C will be a plus.
