Technical support engineer in EDMI, TOV

EDMI is an online market for dental optics and instruments. What we expect from you: you have experience working as a service center engineer or in the technical support department; flexible in communication: you can explain complex things in simple words; you have analytical skills in collecting, structuring and processing information; you work confidently with MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets; you have experience in CRM/ERP; you have experience working with clients and with projects; you know how to plan, create tasks and follow deadlines; you have a technical education — will be an advantage. What you will do: processing requests from customers for service or repair; organizing the departure of a team of engineers to the customer for installation/service; searching and selecting spare parts and consumables for repair/service; informing customers about the need for service; communication with manufacturers regarding complaints, repair or upgrade of equipment; team work on equipment improvement projects or development of solutions for the client; filling out recommendation letters after service; selling accessories and components; going to install equipment with a team of engineers; consulting on equipment operation.
