Technical support engineer in Athletics

We are looking for a technical support engineer in the information technology department to join the friendly team of the dynamic company of the ATHLETICS retail network, which is among the TOP 5 IN UKRAINE AMONG SPORTS RETAILERS. What we expect from you: Technical higher education Experience working with user technical support for at least 1 year Experience and knowledge installation and support of Windows OS, MS Office and standard software Basic knowledge of the network (including experience of physical installation), TCP/IP protocol, telephony Knowledge of PC hardware, setting up printers and other office peripherals Experience in basic configuration and administration of routers, switches, mini PBX, other telecommunications equipment. Experience working with retail IT equipment (cash registers, thermal printers, scanners/printers of cash registers) Communicability, the ability to clearly convey an opinion, stress resistance, perseverance and patience, attention to details, a systematic approach, responsibility. What should be done: Provide support , advise company employees on issues related to computer equipment and software.
