- Experience working with users, understanding the principles of ServiceDesk
Main tasks:
- Administration and support of software support
- Performing analysis of causes and consequences of incidents and problems with software
- Communication with developers regarding the operation of the software.
- Writing and updating the instructions for the operation of the software. ?
- Works on testing and preparation of conclusions about the possibility and feasibility of software implementation and unification.
