About the project
Our products are JxBrowser and DotNetBrowser — libraries for Java and .NET programmers, which allow them to use the full power of the Chromium engine in cross-platform desktop and server applications.
What you will do
- Work closely with the sales and development teams.
- Ensure support requests are promptly and efficiently addressed by support agents.
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), guaranteeing customer satisfaction through swift and high-quality technical support.
- Help support agents by assisting with basic inquiries or commonly encountered issues, and providing frontline support when needed.
Knowledge and skills required
- Work experience in the support of tech products 2+ years.
- Ability to write technical documentation and clearly articulate thoughts.
- Responsibility, discipline, stress resistance.
- Great communication skills.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English.
Would be a plus
- Experience in programming or any engineering background.
- Experience in sales and PR.
- Desire to grow as an engineer.
