Technical Support Engineer in Kyivstar.Tech

Kyivstar.Tech technical support team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

What you will do:

• Analyze customer needs and propose a target solution architecture, coordinate solution options
• Study and analyze the architecture and interaction of existing IT systems, develop models for their optimization
• Identify critical situations in the operation of IT systems, determine the causes in cooperation with the responsible units
• Prepare requirements for monitoring and backup systems< /li>
• Monitor the implementation of SLA, SLO, SLI

What qualifications and experience are required:

• Experience in technical support of product development from 2 years
• Understanding load balancing methods, Nginx configuration experience
• Kibana and Grafana experience (visualization creation)
• Technical documentation experience (preparation, lifecycle) , work with Jira, Confluence
• Experience of working with business and technical requirements within the framework of products/projects

A plus will be:

• Knowledge in the administration of Unix systems
• Experience of support, implementation and development of crm/web/billing systems
• Experience of working with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience of working with systems hosted in Cloud
