Technical support engineer in Apteka ANC

Technical support engineer (Technical Department)

About us: The Technical Department of our network is a team of 140 professionals, which ensure uninterrupted operation of more than 1,500 pharmacies. We don't just "renovate" - we create a comfortable environment for our customers and pharmacists. In 2025, we achieved a 5-day bid closing speed, and our goal for 2026 is to build on this result through innovation and Lovemark-level service.

Your role:You will be the "conductor" of the technical processes in your region, coordinating the work of internal teams and contractors to ensure the ideal technical state of pharmacies.

Key tasks:

• Application management: operational review and control of technical requests from pharmacies in the Service Desk system (compliance with SLA is our priority).
• Quality control: supervision of repair and service works (air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, furniture).
• Working with contractors: monitoring the fulfillment of obligations, checking estimates and acts of completed works.
• Maintaining standards: preparing objects for DLS inspections and compliance with DBN regulations.
• Participation in development: implementation of renovation projects and "Clean Table" ergonomic solutions.

Our expectations from the candidate:

Education: higher technical (engineering).

Experience: from 2 years in the field of real estate operation, construction or technical service (Retail/HoReCa will be an advantage).

Skills: understanding of the principles of engineering networks, ability to read technical documentation and estimates.

Personal qualities: high responsibility, orientation for results, the ability to work in multitasking mode and communication (we build an atmosphere of trust).
