Technical support engineer in Softlink, OOO

Requirements and basic knowledge:
Understanding the principles of operation of a switch and setting up a home router.
Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP stack: IP, ARP, ICMP (ping), VLAN, DHCP.
Fundamentals of working with Linux will be an advantage.
Communication, competent Ukrainian language, ability to calmly communicate with customers, stress resistance.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring the network and data transmission channels (Zabbix).
Assisting and advising users on using the Internet service.
Diagnosing and solving technical problems of subscribers.
Working with applications in the internal system.
