Technical Support Engineer in Softengi

Softengi is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the experienced team of a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company!

What criteria do you fit:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Understanding of network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, etc.).
• Skills in working with network equipment (routers, modems, switches).
• Basic knowledge of AD, VPN, Office 365
• Confident use of systems Linux/Windows.
• High level of communication skills and customer orientation.
• Readiness for flexible work schedule (including weekends).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and English language level not lower than Intermediate.

Basic functional responsibilities:

• Call reception
• Providing remote IT support to users
• Registration/routing/processing requests/incidents according to SLA
• Performing tasks from the manager

• Working in a team
