What you will do:

- Solve user technical issues via phone, e-mail or web chat.

- Maintain documentation of problems and their resolution.

- Collaborate with developers to solve complex technical problems.

- Conduct user training on using our software

Required experience:

- Experience in the field of technical support is welcome.

- Knowledge of the basics of programming and working with databases will be a big plus.

- Ability to communicate effectively with users at different levels.
