We are now looking for a Technical Engineer support — a proactive and responsible specialist who will become a technical hero for our customers and help them get the most out of our products.
Who we are looking for
A person who:
Has experience working with CRM systems;
Confidently uses 1C and the MS Office package;
Knows how to work with ATS programs;
Initiative and independent: able to propose and implement process improvements;
Speaks English at the B1+ level;
Communicates easily with the team, clients and partners.
What you will do
Support clients: consult via phone, email or chat, quickly eliminate technical problems;
Analyze and solve technical incidents, work with software and hardware problems;
Test new products and software versions, collect feedback;
Update and maintain technical documentation, prepare reports;
Cooperate with developers, sales and marketing to solve technical problems;
Control the fulfillment of SLA and provide timely assistance to customers;
Form methods, train dealers and interact with service centers.
